Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will need to purchase your own return shipping label.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and get in contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Shipping
How are orders packaged?
Prints will be rolled in acid free tissue paper and brown wrap and sent in a postal tube. They will not be totally waterproof so please make sure you're parcel can be left somewhere safe if you're not in to receive it.
How are orders shipped?
UK and international orders will be sent by courier (usually Evri)
How much does shipping cost?
- UK - £3.50 for orders less than £50, free for orders over £50
- Europe - Unfortunately I am unable to ship to Europe
- USA - £19
- Everywhere else - £25
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
I will always aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days.

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, I'll send you a tracking link.
Are there any additional charges for international orders?
I am sending orders from the UK so extra charges may be applied at customs. As the seller I cannot take responsibility for any additional costs or delays incurred due to customs. You are responsible for paying any required customs charges and taxes before the item can be collected.
Problems with orders
What can I do if my order has arrived damaged?
Please retain your packaging and contact me within a week of receiving your order. Please take pictures of the damage.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your order please contact me within a week of it's arrival and keep hold of your original packaging.
Prints and care
Are your prints sold with frames?
No, all prints are sold unframed.
What paper are the prints printed on?
The paper I use varies in colour and texture and thickness. Please check the description of the product carefully before buying.
Are there any special care instructions for prints?
- When you receive your print, gently open the tube , remove the print and allow it to uncurl/unroll. Place it on clean, flat surface and weigh down the edges (with something clean!), allowing the paper to settle before framing.
- Do not hang or display prints in direct sunlight. The paints and inks I use will fade in bright light.
- If hanging in a moist or damp environment (like a kitchen or bathroom) make sure your print is properly framed behind sealed glass to prevent moisture damage.
